Administrator

Salary £20,000 to £24,000 per annum (Wolverhampton)

Our client operates in global markets and specialises in design LED signage solutions.

They have temporary and permanent positions available.

 

What do you need to have for this role?

  • 2 years minimum Administration experience (Signage experience would be an advantage)
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE level, A-C in English, and Maths, or equivalent
  • Disciplined in the execution of project objectives to the determined methodology
  • Have a methodical and structured approach to duties, responsibilities, and project related tasks
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive

 

This role will involve assisting the Project Managers with administration and co-ordination of aspects of larger projectsResponsibilities and Tasks include:

  • Provide administration support to members of the Projects team, including (but not limited to) tasks such as project reporting (internal and external), raising purchase orders, updating programmes, and liaising with suppliers, clients, and other external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to the company Project Management process at all stages, including scope, project plan, third party involvement, etc. all the way through to invoice and payment
  • Manage aspects of projects, in line with the operational processes as defined within the company Quality Management System, ensuring relevant documentation is completed and recorded. 
  • Reporting of non-conformities, both internal and external in a timely manner, engaging with further investigation and corrective actions as required.
  • Comply with supplier management procedure, including seeking approval onto the approved supplier register and review at annual evaluation.

Whilst managing aspects of larger projects as part of a team with a PM;

  • Receive the project brief from the sales team during a handover process and assist in determining and recording all influential project.
  • Plan the availability and supply of raw materials / products and the co-ordination and integration of all project associated activities to promote a successful conclusion of the project objectives in a cost-effective and efficient fashion.
  • Always communicate project progress to the client keeping them appraised in the agreed manner (conference calls / meetings / written reports).
  • Refer the project to the service team for their review and adoption during warranty periods / throughout SLA contracts.
  • Complete any other tasks that may be necessary in the successful completion of the role, or that may be requested by one of the company directors or managers.

 

 

Salary/hours: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. Hours of work; Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. The role is based in Wolverhampton, off Hickman Avenue. Holiday: 23 days, plus Bank Holidays, plus extra days with service. They also have a pension scheme.
