Business Administrator

Salary £25,000 per annum (West Bromwich)

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 18 months administration experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Organised, logical and analytical thinker
  • Finance/Accounts experience, Merchant Acquiring and AML knowledge would be desirable, but not essential

Reporting to the Director, you will be a positive, proactive and motivated learner who is able to work independently.

typical day would be:

  • Receiving Merchant acquiring data from Sales, creating files, completing data checks, Business and ID checks and obtaining the correct information to complete the Vitual merchant application and any other forms relating to each application
  • Following through application obtaining any further information requested by AML/underwritting, processing approved applications, liaising with Support and Accounts department
  • Liaising with customers on business tracking and PCI DSS compliance
  • Completing/updating spreadsheets log for all merchants
  • Checking monthly commission statements and completing supplier Rev share commission

Salary: Up to £25k (depending on experience). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Holidays: 22 days plus Bank Holidays. A pension scheme is also available.
