Terms and Conditions

ADVERT AMENDMENTS: During your campaign you may wish to change some of the details on your advert. An Admin fee of £20 will be applied per amendment needed.

VOLUME RECRUITERS: We can tailor bespoke packages (and pricing) for companies that run 5+ adverts per annum. This may be a one-off project or ongoing requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS: For Package 1 an upfront payment is required on completion of posting the advert.

For Package 2: If you require your CVs daily, an upfront payment will also be required. If you are happy to receive your CV downloads weekly, our payment terms are within 7 days. Payment methods: BACS Transfer, cheques are not accepted. If you foresee any problem or delay with payment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss potential solutions.

CVs maybe withheld if your payment hasn’t been made.

REFUNDS: Because we have to pay for the advertising space upfront we can’t offer refunds, if for whatever reason your campaign doesn’t work. It’s exactly the same if you place an advert in your local newspaper. However, because we are nice people, we would always try to do something for our clients :)

ADVERT NO LONGER NEEDED: Situations may arise where you no longer need the advert after the 1st Draft has been sent to you. This could be for a variety of reasons; you’ve filled the role internally, or you no longer need to recruit. Because we will have spent our time putting the 1st Draft of your advert together for you, a small admin fee of £50 will be invoiced to cover the costs of work carried out so far. Should you then decide at a later date that you still need the advert, we will give you 10% off the price of any advert re-runs.
