Candidates will apply to vacancies advertised on Indeed, Reed or Totaljobs these are known as third-party partners of Recruit123. They will provide us with information relating to you in the form of a CV. It is that third party’s responsibility to ensure that it has obtained your consent to do this. However, where possible, we will request from our partners that they have the right to pass on this information.

Applications via Third Party sites that share your personal information with us:

Where you have provided us with consent, we will share your personal information with other third parties (who will also be data controllers in respect of the information that we share). For example, you apply to a vacancy via one of the above job boards, your CV and personal information will then be forwarded on to that client – you have the right to remove yourself from this process at anytime by emailing the address below.

Recruit123 cannot be held responsible for content or policies relating to third party sites, even where a link is made available from the Recruit123 website.
