If the last 18 months have taught us anything, it’s that businesses need to adapt in order to keep up and in some cases, survive. Fortunately, Recruit123 has had a steady stream of work throughout the pandemic, and the quiet times have allowed me to work on the business as well as doing the day-to-day.
Most people in my networking and client circles know me for writing job ads, and then posting them on the various job boards to attract candidates, but over the last 12 months I’ve introduced a range of additional services to the business which make Recruit123 a more complete provider when it comes to recruiting your dream team.
Anyone who has recruited in the past will know that it’s not a five minute job. Once you’ve got the job ad right (that in itself can take weeks!) and advertised your vacancy to the world, you sit back and wait for the applications to pour in. Believe it or not, managers can get as nervous interviewing candidates as the candidates get being interviewed! If you need someone by your side I’m also more than happy to join you onsite and sit in with you as an impartial interviewer or observer.
