I'm Karen, the driving force and Director of Recruit123. I have a wealth of experience under my belt that means I know my stuff, from managing high street retail stores to working for one of the largest Welfare to Work providers in the UK.
Within recruitment, I‘ve been on both sides of the fence. I‘ve worked 1-2-1 with people to coach them in finding a suitable career as well as being director of a small independent agency, successfully matching hundreds of companies, from SMEs to multi-nationals, with employees who drive their business forward.
