• 3^rd Final Shortlist – Screened and qualified candidates sent to the client to be booked in/considered for interview.
• Help preparing for interviews: Coordination of interview dates to selected candidates/email interview confirmations sent out with interview details time/date/venue details etc.
• Leading UK job boards (Totaljobs / Jobsite & Indeed and 21 other Aggregator sites).
• Supporting social media campaign – Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn.
• Optimised advert creation / professional copy.
• Candidate CV’s by email: Daily.
• Regret emails sent to all candidates that are not shortlisted.
• Free advice available every step of the recruitment process.

Break down of pricing for service. Salaries ranging from:

• 0 – £25K = £995 flat fee
• £25K-£40K = £1475 flat fee
• £40K + = £1995 flat fee

**A £250 admin payment is due up front on commencement of recruitment process – this is non-refundable, with the balance to settle within 7 days of candidate start date.
